Detoxification is one of the most powerful and important steps in the preconception process, whether your motivation is for over coming existing problems or simply aiming to have the healthiest baby that you can. This specialist week is suitable for anyone who has either had problems conceiving or had problems once they have conceived, including miscarriage, still and premature birth, ectopic pregnancy, as well as individuals (or couples) wishing to prepare themselves pre-conceptually to the highest standard. The week will consist of the full detox programme, colon cleansing, yoga and therapies, combined with several key additions: • Pre-detox hair mineral test (4 weeks prior) - this determines your levels of minerals and microminerals - it helps us to find out if you have any traces of heavy metal toxicity - a factor in many problematic fertility cases. The detox will cover this aspect of cleansing. During the week, the following subjects will be covered in detail in a series of mini-lectures (we are only accepting 12 people on the course so all talks and lectures will be relaxed and intimate). • How chemicals (e.g. agro chemicals, household chemicals) affect your fertility • Specialist nutrition & supplements for fertilty: trace element requirements • The effect of social poisons and common stimulants on fertility & pregnancy • Male infertilty • Female infertility • Foetal planning (i.e. the important nutrients for each trimester) • Case studies • Ayurvedic body typing & iridology - working out your constitutional type In addition, participants will be given a series of handouts, available both hard

Background Both Midi and Amanda, the Nutritionists behind Spain Detox are well trained in the treatment of fertility problems.
